Side Panel Icons' Heights Should Be Greedily Taller

Those tiny square side panel icons are sometimes hard to aim at and click. Please utilize the whole vertical room available and stretch the icons taller; would be such an accessibility boost.

@TheAMan006 I don't think it would help with accessibility. If the full height of the viewport was used, it would significantly increase the amount of mouse-movement required.
On my 1920x1080 monitor, the standard panel icons use slightly less than half (400 pixels) of the vertical height of the Panel Toolbar, and I have removed the History, Reading List, Mastodon, Vivaldi, and Wikipedia icons, and moved the Settings icon up.
Maybe you need to increase the UI Zoom if you have a high resolution monitor? You could also insert some fixed or flexible spacers, and separators to spread the icons out a bit. Right-click, Edit, to customise the Panel Toolbar.

This. It would be a very bad UI design. Inefficient.
