Randomly can't load websites (a weird black screen with a dead white bird shows up)

Happens on a lot of different websites, not just the 2 below screenshot below, Vivaldi 1.1.453.52 (Stable channel) (32-bit) (p.s. no idea what the topic icons mean, i just picked the one that seemed like issue)
I also thought the dead bird icon was an odd way to show that the browser was unable to connect to the site.
I have not seen this dead bird page for a long time, which suggests a problem at your end with the connection.
You managed to choose the right thread icon (IMO) for a bug report without any explanation of what they mean.
Generally, the dead bird is supposed to be a crashed tab.

I´m having the same issue here.
If I´m trying to open several tabs in one browser instance lot of them are not being loaded properly.
Any help on this?

Getting it too on start up, will log a bug report.
Bit of a poo, otherwise Vivaldi just keeps going from strength to strength
