@vandorrr Do you see feeds listed in settings for Feeds? Do you have a folder structure on your disk under
<vivaldi installation directory>/Default/Mail/8f8c62 and does that contain folders for yearsl/months/days? And are there any .eml files there?

@vandorrr Hello again. I missed that I was logged in with a test account that I use for mail testing. So memorex is my alter-ego ๐Ÿ™‚

@ltgorm I am having a similar issue. I had to clear my cache and my account is synced and the RSS feeds are listed in the settings but they do not populate and I cannot add any new feeds.

Just updated Vivaldi and that did not fix it.

MacBook Pro Mac OS Ventura 13.5
      Vivaldi 6.1.3035.257 (Stable channel) (arm64)

I also have submitted a bug report.

RSS is/was my favorite part of Vivaldi. ๐Ÿ˜ข

@Calixthe Do you see any errors in the Mail Status? Or in Console? See https://help.vivaldi.com/mail/mail-advanced/troubleshooting-and-debugging-vivaldi-mail/ for how to find the console logs.

@ltgorm I did all three methods:

      (with abbreviated instructions)

Check the console log for errors using

      vivaldi:inspect#apps

additional background DevTools window that might show more errors using

      vivaldi:inspect#extensions

And "open the console using the Mail status button."

Click the settings wheel in the top right corner of the pop-up window and pick View Log

And all three did not show any errors.

I'm getting the same error. Restore Feeds doesn't change anything.

I am afraid not. Sorry about that. I take it that you have pressed the "Restore Feeds" button and nothing happened. Is that true? If so, could I ask you to do what I asked another user to do in August without getting a reply:

My turn (again, I think*)... came back after lunch and opened Vivaldi to find all feeds are gone.

(*) Pretty sure this has happened at least once before over the years.

Last thing I did before closing Vivaldi before lunch was to delete the trash which contained ~1000 feed articles I'd just gone through after the weekend. Now, given Vivaldi's old annoying UI quirk of letting you delete an entire feed by pressing [DEL] if the focus is in the wrong place, I wondered if that was what happened... but I'm pretty sure I didn't do that and I think the current snapshot is supposed to give a warning (finally).

Anyway, not too big a deal - I have bookmarks of most of the feeds, so I was able to find and resubscribe to those.

@mossman You can export feeds to .opml format from Quick Commands. They can be imported from main menu (File โ€” Import) again. Backing up feeds is vital.

And finally, the problem now plagues me too: without making any changes to the RSS feeds, I suddenly no longer have it listed, but are all still registered in the menu, just as happened to users before me. The โ€˜Restore feedsโ€™ button produces no result. Still no solution found?
