32/64 bit version and disk I/O
-
Started using Vivaldi at 1.0 a couple weeks back and quite pleased so far, but there are two questions I hoped someone here could help me with: 1. Why does it say that the 32bit version is "recommended" for Windows? I'm running a 64bit system, so why wouldn't I get the 64bit version? 2. For some reason, Vivaldi seems to use up virtually all of my disk I/O capacity, hovering between 4.5 and 5.5MB/s for prolonged periods of time. Any ideas what could cause this? I'm on a work machine that has loads of privilege managers, anti-virus software etc. which sometimes just spin out of control when using non-standard software, but I was wondering whether this was known behavior and maybe even a way to fix it.
