When I try this link in the Vivaldi browser, I get a rotating disk and nothing else as shown below. It works fine in Opera and in the Samsung browser on my Android device. The next step would be a login prompt from the Microsoft website.

Both Vivaldi Content Blocker and uBlock Origin have been disabled for this page. Would appreciate confirmation and if so, what next steps to take (e.g., report as bug?). Thanks!

Microsoft has a problem at the moment, starting a few hours back. All Microsoft services (Office 365, Outlook, Teams, Store, Azure, OneDrive, XBox Live, Minecraft, Skype, ...) are currently shaky at best.

You would likely see the same issue in any browser at the moment.

Thanks! It could have been a Microsoft website issue, or it could have been that I was one minor rev back on Vivaldi: I had just installed an update yesterday but when checked there was a new, minor release this morning, and after installing, the Microsoft page loaded.
