Feeds Disappeared, Unable to Add More

Sometime between the 18th and the 20th, my RSS Feed stopped working. If I go into settings, my RSS feeds show up, along with one I have added since they disappeared. Also, the feeds don't show up in the data folder. What can I do?

@Kaden20000 Begin with telling us your OS and Vivaldi versions. Also tell us the feed Refresh Intervals in Settings, Feeds
Try restarting Vivaldi. That refreshes feeds for me.
