Seems like the improvements of the previous snapshot (2896.3) with performance at startup for a lot of tabs is reverted/regressed again?!
Time is doubled again.

This snapshot improves performance on start up for users with a lot of tabs.

Looks like Dark theme is borked. Menu text is unreadable, android buttons are invisible in some cases or inverted white. When you open opened tabs list the screen flashes white, same thing when you launch snapshot. With all these visual issues the app feels unpolished and unpleasant to use.

I also don't like that Synchronize across all your devices popup
This is the worst snapshot update on my memory

About the Sync, not tested enough since checking it on a Clean Profile.

@zalex108: Do you use MIUI? It has 'More Dark mode options' where forces its own custom dark layer to the apps. It could cause such bugs but you can disable it.

Hi,
In the video I've started in Mobile Dark and changed to Mobile Light Theme to show it happens the same in both, so it's Vivaldi related.

I've took that in count.

You can choose 'Don't ask again' option the very first time the sync reminder appears and it will never bother you again.
