Don't show controls (address and tab bars) on scroll upwards
On Android, I have "show tab bar", "tab stacking" and "address bar at the bottom" settings enabled. These take too much space, so when I need to scroll up a page, it would be better if the bars didn't show up and I won't have to scroll back down (and again up-down to) try to adjust the position to see the content fully.
The way to show the bars could be swiping upwards from the bottom of the screen. We already have to swipe upwards to see the bars, so this wouldn't be extra work to do for users.
There could also be a tiny indicator (like an up arrow) that hints swipe-up gesture from the bottom will show the bars.
Furthermore, the bars can be hidden again on scrolling page in any direction.
Note: I don't want to disable hiding the address and tab bars (i.e. not "always show controls"). I want them to stay hidden although I scroll the page upwards, but only show them when I do a swipe up gesture at the bottom of the screen.
Note 2: I don't want to disable two-level tabs or the top level tab bar, because that's the main reason I like Vivaldi.
