Help my account has been locked?
I have logged in today to find that my account was locked. I do not think I broke any rules and I do not know what I did. Can anyone please help. The only thing I can think of is the fedilab app that I use to browse vivaldi social on android. That may not have been updated when I changed my password. I have not been hacked to the best of my knoledge and I did not break any tules to the best of my knoledge. The only other thing that I can think of that triggered it could be my frequent use of protonVPN.

Yes, it's Feb 2023 and I'm having same problem. It's the 3rd time I've been locked out without explanation and when I finally got in touch with support team they gave me a standard response which does not answer the question as to WHY I was locked out. This is too much they don't seem to be a good support service so I'm going to have to no longer use this webmail which is a shame because I've only just a few months ago opened this account and changed to all my email contacts. Now I'll have to change again. What a bummer Vivaldi is, and to think I thought they were the best alternative when I first found it. I guess theres a reason why people stay with gmail even though they are very controlling and invasivetactics. However, Im sure there are still many other alternative services out there. I have used Protonmail but they're limited.
