HOWDOI tab through links on a web-page?

  • Yeah. It sounds like a dumb question, but it's a "power-user" thing. The browsers I'm used to (coughFirefoxcough) use the tab key to step through all the links in a page. This minimizes use of the mouse and saves many of us the pain of carple tunnel syndrome. (and I leave it as an exercise for the reader to consider how many pages have this kind of tab-through set up poorly because MENUs must be tabbed-through before getting to useful links in the text.) Can Vivaldi be configured to set up tabs to do this? Thanks

  • Shift+directional arrow. (Spatial navigation) (first, set Webpages to focus on all controls and links).

It should be the default behaviour on Vivaldi.

Yet, the TAB key has been buggy for some (including me) for a while. I have just read, but not tried yet, that it is fixed on the latest version (1.1.453.47), so a simple upgrade may get it to work as you ask - see thread: tab key not working

(and, off course, the directional navigation is also fine)
