Disable colorful menu icon setting

Hi! After I updated Vivaldi Snapshot to Latest version (5.6.2861.3), Left side menu's icons change colorful. Colorful menu icons are nice in dark theme. But Colorful icons can be difficult to see in some themes. So, I hope to be added the setting to disable colorful icons.

@kyu3a I think it would be better to use black icons like the toolbar icons. They would be white in dark themes. I reported this as a bug, as many user-defined themes do not work with the coloured icons.

Maybe an option to disable coloured icons would show them as monochrome.

Thank you for adding disable setting! I updated Vivaldi to Ver.5.6.2867.22, Vivaldi have disable setting.
