save as .url files

It would be great to be able to save as .url files:

We are on some page and in the address bar - its address that need to save to .url file. Main menu - file - save the page as - and in the save dialog box, in addition to html, html as a whole and mht so that there is a url.

At the moment, this is only available as DragnDrop: drag the address (by the padlock) to the file manager.
