But I want to remove some items from the menu too, e.g.:
- Share
- Page Actions
- Install app
- Add to Home screen
- Edit menu bar
- Help and feedback

This was a nice snapshot
Still missing the same shield and padlock icons as the desktop version.
In current version shield icon is much bigger than the padlock one, and looks bad at least in the bottom bar.
Also the tabs icon seems bigger than the Vivaldi icon in the bottom bar -
@Stardust that would be awesome, I don't use many items that are displayed on the menu too.

Thanks. Will it also soon be possible to customize the other "menu" and context menu?

Cool! It's a feature what, indirectly, I've requested years ago, I love that it's developed. I look forward to improvements, and the ability to remove options and not just move them.
I don't know if it is possible, or if it would be very radical, in the future leaving the possibility of changing the options of the bottom bar of the browser (you can in a related section to modify those two parts of the browser) could be great, I leave it as a suggestion

I agree! While at first I thought this feature applied to the browser main navigation bar, I realized it only applied to the menu bar.
A customizable main bar would be far more useful. Samsung, Soul, Berry and Whale all offer fully customizable nav bars.
