Window Panel [bugs?]

I use the window panel instead of the tab bar and have noticed the following inconveniences:

1. If the panel scrollbar is visible, the middle mouse button also activates panning. (The expected action is only to close the tab.)
2. Activate with single click setting also applies to the Closed Tabs, although it is a completely different action (The expected action is to reopen the tab only by double-clicking, and also to focus that tab on the panel itself.)
3. The New Tab button adds a tab to the bottom of the list only. Expected the action according to the New Tab Position setting.
   Also, it would be very nice if double click or middle button click on the empty space at the bottom of the list would open a new tab....
