Hi, there is an old feature request about syncing web panlels, vote for it at the first post:

Sync is not a backup, you can backup your profile and use it on a new OS install. On Linux you have to backup your Keyrings, too.

Follow the Signature's Backup | Reset link.
Take the opportunity to start a Backup plan and even create a Template Profile.

I just use a text file and copy the panel URLs into that, then make sure that file is backed up regularly. I mean, how often are you going to change the panels once they're set up
