@ingolftopf What I really need is to be able to get into the browser properly and dump the sync status but I can't do that because once this bug is triggered Vivaldi crashes immediately after opening every time.

Oh, this is stupid.
Please delete the Vivaldi app and clean up your phone, preferably with the 'LTE Cleaner' app from 'F-Droid'.
Then reload the Vivaldi app (from the 'Aurora Store, without Google. ?) and see what happens.

Hi, if you have another device delete the remote data, all other devices are automatically loged out of sync.
