Keyboard and Mouse Back button are triggering Rewind instead of Back

Keyboard Browser Back button and Mouse Browser Back button (event.button == 3) are both triggering Rewind instead of Back.

This problem has been reported several times:

Today still the same, as I have just understood.

Is there any way to fix this in the settings?
Even in a hidden settings.ini file?
