      possible to add custom filters to page actions?
      if, is there a guide to create them?
      i would like a filter, that dims white backgrounds ..

      @schreck The User Style CSS files are stored in:

      C:\Program Files\Vivaldi\Application\5.5.2805.38\resources\vivaldi\user_files

      You can edit them and create your own. They will be lost on upgrading, so keep a backup to restore to the new Application path after upgrading.

      It is better to inject CSS to the page with the extension Stylus:

      It is automatic when the page load. You only have to define the domain of the page:
