      I have a question.
When I looked at the list in macOS System Preferences under the Notifications tab under "Notifications and Intensive Mode", I saw two Vivaldi's. When I manually remove one from the list, I am prompted by the OS to allow or disallow Vivaldi notifications.

Perhaps the default is to have two sets? If so, what is the purpose of the first Vivaldi and the second Vivaldi?

      macOS 12.6, Vivaldi 5.5.2805.38

@izacks This is normal. If you look closely, you will see that you are being asked permission to display notifications in two different formats: one for Banners, the other for Alerts. Chrome and Brave do the same, and presumably other Chromium-based browsers will do so as well.
