Add speed dial-Hide title option in Command Chain

There is no option in Command Chain/Quick Command for hiding speed dial titles; for minimalistic UI I want to access it through quick command window and add the option in status bar

@anaskhan Why isn't that enough for you to hire there, however. Or do you want to switch the titles on and off all the time?

@stardepp I need to use dual display on my laptop and do presentation screencasting and for those scenarios I need to hide as much information as possible; so, I have quick toggles button on my status bar for hiding address bar, tab bar etc. the only thing missing is these titles.

The option I was looking for is called 'Start page navigation' and is available is already available.
