Change the order of the applications

It would be wonderful to be able to change the order of the applications that are linked to the left panel.
Unfortunately you cannot move a non-native component on top of a native Vivaldi component, that is, for example, http://Element.io on top of the Vivaldi calendar.

Now that Panels are part of Editable Toolbars, you can mix your Panels and Web Panels, as well as move the buttons to other toolbars and bring buttons from other toolbars to the Panel bar.
