Add Android 12L drag and drop to vivaldi with API

Hi, the samsung tab s8+ is only usable because your browser is the closest thing to a real full fledged desktop browser.
Now most apps support drag and drop thanks to android 12L rich media API.
Please add this to vivadli on android. It's all that's left for vivaldi to add as a baseline of operability on Android.
Workflows need it, especially when adding pdfs, mp3s or videos to Gmail, google drive, wetransfer, Dropbox. All of these pro workflows need it.
