      I'd like to back it up so I don't lose my speed dials and so forth.

      I tried connecting my tablet to my laptop (set up for file transfer), then looked at the tablet's internal storage in Windows File Explorer.

      I was able to back up, for instance, my Obsidian vault, but didn't find anything that looks like my Vivaldi profile.

      Thanks for any help!

        Hi, you need a rooted device to get the access to the system folders.
