Panel toggle bar on the left edge of the screen no longer works in current version.
The bar at the edge is completely gone.
And also the toggle button at the bottom left of the screen does nothing anymore.
Error exists since the last but one version of Vivaldi.
      Error is reproducible.
If I roll back to the third last version, everything is OK again.
      currently installed version: Vivaldi 5.4.2753.19

Is there already a bug report in the official tracker?

@Operanix I don't think this bug affects the Stable branch; only the latest Snapshots.

(VB-90802) Panel Toolbar not Displayed after using YouTube Fullscreen

Does the bug persist for you if you restart Vivaldi?

@Pesala thanks for your reply. Yes I can confirm it is related to YouTube full screen.
And after I restart the browser it is gone until I do a fullscreen on YT.
I am using the Offical branch build (stable) not the Dev build.

@Operanix I tried many things, but still cannot reproduce it in the latest Stable build. 5.3.2679.70

5.4.2753.19 is the latest Snapshot build, not the Stable build.

@Pesala You seem to be right but it says Official Build here:

Why it does so then? Inconsistent naming?

                @Operanix Snapshot vs Stable

Install the Snapshot as a Standalone Version so that it does not interfere with your settings for the Stable release.

@Pesala Thank you. But I only have one installation AFAIK.
I could do a complete cleanup and then reinstall vivaldi again.

@Operanix Just wait for 5.4 Stable build. Hopefully, the bug will be fixed by then.

⚠️ Do never downgrade, that will break profiel data and cause unexpected and nasty issues.
