(VB-90802) Panel Toolbar not Displayed after using YouTube Fullscreen

This bug seems to be fixed, but is not mentioned in the blog.

Edit: I spoke too soon. If one presses F4 while the video is in fullscreen, the toolbar flickers, and then cannot be displayed after exiting from fullscreen. The setting of the Panel Toggle does not matter.

Well, yesterday's batch of fixes was really sweet, so I forgive you 🙂

By the way, this thing keeps coming back into Autoruns, what is it and could you stop putting it there please, I like to keep my system clean of unnecessary services running:

                    Why Open the Web?

Despite the connecting purpose of the Web, it is not entirely open to all of its users.
When used correctly, HTML documents can be displayed across platforms and devices.
However, many devices are excluded access to Web content.

@Pathduck A service which keep loaded the UI in RAM is still something which could help.
But yeah, it should be totally optional. But probably is the service for the updates. (which also should be optional to be registered).
However, must be recent as I don't have it yet on 5.3.2679.30 (but is a standalone install). Guess it comes when installed in the regular way.

Previous snapshot topic was locked, so I post this again here.. in case somebody read it but couldn't answer.

Has anybody else experienced a problem with showing pictures in latest snapshots?

Randomly, when browsing image galleries (e.g. click to open a picture, navigate back, click to open another picture, and so on..) sometimes randomly a picture is not shown.

It seems to be loaded but it is somehow not properly "drawn" on the tab. The picture can be shown e.g. zooming in or out the picture (shows it immediately), or refreshing the image URL.

It happens randomly (but often), so I can't post steps-to-reproduce, nor leave a bug report.

This problem does not happen in the stable version, only in latest snapshots (unfortunately I can't pin-point at which version this started).

Enabling or disabling "Hardware Acceleration" doesn't affect this. Both of my Vivaldi installations (stable & snapshot) are in the same laptop/OS, and both pretty much has almost identical settings.

Anyone else seen this in latest snapshots?

Linux Mint 20.3 Cinnamon. Unfortunately I can't give the url where I see the problem, it's not accessible to the general public. I just spent about 2 hours trying to find a public website that I could use as an example but couldn't. It was really hard to find webpages/galleries that had image thumbnails with links that directly opened the full pictures (almost all have some kind of javascript/css layer system to show the images), and the few I found, I couldn't reproduce the issue with them. Sorry. I guess I've to withdraw this report then. Man I hate hard to reproduce bugs/issues, always take so much time. 😞 Thanks for showing an interest though!

Anyone else having the problem that when clicking on a download and picking "Save As" nothing happens. This seems to happen like 80% of the time now. (No file chooser appears, but the Download panel opens if that option is on.) (Windows 11)

(Edit: This issue seems to be caused by ExplorerPatcher, if you register it as a shell extension. So not sure if this problem is with EP or any special interaction between EP and Vivaldi.)
