[Suggestion] Main menu entries layout, and iconized UI representation

Update from Vivaldi 5.3.2683.43 to 5.4.2723.3 revealed significant change in Main menu layout: a lot entries seem to have been carelessly cluttered into or rearranged in which.

|*.*| "Capture page": highly functionality overlap with "Screenshot", "Long Screenshot" in "Share"; also infrequently (if ever) used.
|*| "Help & Feedback": low frequency of access; while easily accessible in "Settings".

7 entries added, including some yet placeholder, and new inventions:
|14| Placeholder for a Firefox like "Add-ons" menu.
|15| A toggle actively switches on/off JavaScript execution. (transiently, does not affect "JavaScript" in "Site settings")
|17| The "Text scaling" slider in "Settings" -> "Accessibility". (UI design needs readaptation for this context) [1]

|19| A button that simply switches the related theme.
|21| Placeholder for "Developer tools" like in Kiwi Browser.

The iconized UI should consider adding tiny text below the graphic for better clarity.

Hey! After updating to Vivaldi 5.6, you can now go to Settings > General > Menu Settings, choose from 2 presets or put together your own custom layout for the menu bar in the main menu. Just drag and drop your favorite features to the top five positions on custom layout the list.
