No Oauth Pop-up for any email (vivaldi mail, 2 gmail accounts)

So I cannot add an email address to vivaldi mail on my desktop. It worked fine on my macbook on the same network, and I've looked through the forums and have not found a similar issue/answer that helps. I have tried reinstalling vivaldi, turning off my firewall, and turning off all extensions. Related note: I did manage to get the oauth to pop up once in the beginning, logged in successfully and gave vivaldi access to my google account(when I did the setup on my macbook from vivaldi with the same account it already had permissions granted). Somehow though it still produced some error that I didn't screenshot in time, and I don't remember, needless to say even getting through the oauth once it didnt work, and I never saw the oauth popup again.

All email settings are default. Sorry for the strange email blurring. Can anyone help?

@BardOTA do you have a pop-up blocker? There are no problems with OAuth at this side...

@Ayespy Just uBlock but I disabled it and reloaded vivaldi
