Printing via Android has issues

We are opening this HTML file in Vivaldi Android app.

File can be downloaded at: https://temp.sh/bnhWa/PrescriptionEnglish.html

The file has call to window.print() in body tag's onload event. This opens the print preview on Android.

However, the attached file renders a blank preview.

Any pointers?
