After updated the latest stable Vivaldi for android (v5.3), I was delete all cache and data....so it become a new vivaldi installation.
Then open a long page website.....the fullscreen mode didn't work....try scrolling up and down...still didn't work.
For several days using Vivaldi without fullscreen mode work and then miracle come....the fullscreen mode is work! (I don't know what I am doing to make it work 😁 ) I am verry happy...for couple days, there was new minor update dan the fullscreen mode still work (after fullsceen mode work, swipe down to open tab switcher also work). Then run the sync with my Vivaldi for windows.

Yesterday, the fullscreen mode suddenly didn't work again.....OMG....until now, it still doesn't work and off course, the swipe down also didn't work again....How come the bug is intermittent??? 😖 😖

I am using Huawei Matepad 11 (Tablet) with harmonyOS 2.0

ps. don't tell me to report bug....I already did it 😁 and fullscreen mode in my Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016) is never failed.

@bswn Hey there, there is an option to hide control in settings (If you are unaware of that setting). Apart from that from what I have seen and heard from people on forums, Vivaldi is not that optimised for phones running HarmonyOS or EMIUI. Just the other day a person reported about having white strips on a certain part of screen while opening webpages (turns out he was also using huawei phones). But I do hope they make it compatible asap with such phones too.
