Position for the new tab

The setting of the position of the new tab does not work
Expected behaviour:
I expected that new tabs will automatically group from the current oneActual behaviour:
A new tab opens the staff of all tabs -
@rainbowfoxtula might please consider elaborating the issue a lil bit by providing some screenshots of what settings you might be using or a video showing the issue because the information you might have written may not be enough for me to actually grasp the entire issue since I don't happen to reproduce anything similar to what you mentioned.
And kindly do request @mib2berlin he might be of more of a help in reproducing issues than I can ever hope to.

@rainbowfoxtula if you want to have tab group, you have to click "open new tab stack". Because vivaldi is different from chrome which goes directly to group tab when clicking "open new tab" and vivaldi gives all options to the user.

@rainbowfoxtula if you select new tab it will open in new tab along with other tabs(not tab stack)
For that you have to select new tab stackAs for the settings in your screenshot it's applicable only when u click a link and it will open in tab stack along with the parent tab(the one where you clicked link)... Not applicable for long press actions
