Solved Lost Option: "Show Tab bar"

Phone is Royole FlexPai 2 with Android 10, no root.

@Aaron, Vivaldi detect your phone as a tablet, because your phone display size is 7.8inch (not folded). That's why the option is not shown.

Try to open Vivaldi when your phone folded ( the size of your phone will be 5.4inch when folded)....is the option appear? if not, then your phone still detected as a tablet and the option will never shown.
