@aaron: Translations are coming a bit later, when we go to the stabilization phase.

It seems you have already clicked the start syncing button once and it is disabled now as you have the 'Sync is active' in green color above. I agree with you though that the color of the button doesn't look like it is disabled and we will work on it. Thanks for the feedback

I try to clear the remote sync data and resync it and it works fine.

Now I'm waiting to do my homework (a few of us Chinese users call each new translation task "homework")

Android Navigation bar is flashing white when you launch Vivaldi in this Snapshot too

I don't like the changes of the menu opened by pressing the Vivaldi icon in the adress bar: Before, when pressing the Vivaldi icon in the adress bar, the reload page button was exactly where the Vivaldi icon was. Thanks to that, it was possible to reload a page by pressing twice at the location of the Vivaldi icon. Now it opens the options.

Google search engine issue with bing image search is fixed in this version.

The new main menu display looks strange,

1. There are 2 settings menu above and below.
2. Why bookmark page should be placed at the bottom.

Suggestion: why not remove the settings menu at the top and replace it with the bookmark page as before. After all, the settings menu is the same as the bottom one. And the menu is longer than before.😅

The "Bookmark page" is actually "edit current bookmark". It may be that the original English version of the new version is wrong. The localized translation version I used translates correctly.

There is nothing wrong with two "settings", I don't think there is a problem

@Aaron "Bookmark Page" is not only for editing, but also for bookmarking the page we want, as before it was changed. Then, the "bookmarks" menu below it leads to our bookmarks page. I've also tried the menu.😁
