I got an upgrade to the New Stable ( 5.3.2679.38) on my linux laptop yesterday.
Crashes about every two minutes using Outlook webmail and Bing search.
I have downloaded the binaries to get a crash dump but will not be able to do this until Sunday/Monday.
Running PClinuxOS on an older HP2000 w/AMD and Nvidia.
Anyone else having these issues w/Outlook/Bing?
Is there a way to go back to the previous version? It worked perfectly on the same machine.

Hi, there are big changes between 5.2 and 5.3, it is not a good idea to downgrade. I guess it will corrupt your profile.
Rename your .config/Vivaldi folder or move it to a save place and install 5.2. Copy your profile folder from the old install over to the new one.
If these issues are fixed you can update and work with the new install or use the old one.
You can also use the snapshot version of Vivaldi 5.3, it is independent to the stable install.
For the Bing search issue, if you use DDG extension disable it for a test.

@mib2berlin I may install the Snap.
Do not use the DDG extension.
Have reverted to the previous Kernel and seems more stable. May have been the Kernel upgrade (?). Who knows... there were also video driver updates as well as some other system updates.

@greybeard no need to, you don't have to be that formal, you could still use snappie, snapsie, snap-shotty or whatever you like, I was just joking considering how much.. I love Canonical and its Snaps.
