Problem when opening a synchronized tab.

I have a little problem since a few versions. When I want to open a synchronized tab, the tab does not open. But if I restart the browser, the tab is now available.

Vivaldi: 5.2.2623.48 (Stable channel) (64 bits)
OS: Windows 10/11
I don't know if it's related but sometimes when I want to close a page, and the page it asks me for a confirmation to close the tab. The browser enters an infinite loop. So I have to KILL the browser and reopen it.

I just saw that I have the same problem on macOS.
I also tried to disable my extensions. But that doesn't fix the problem.
