I think that NASA has a huge catalogue of own specific soft (ESA too), a internet browser for what they are doing isn't prioritary.

@TbGbe Yeah, that’s right. Now that you mention it, this is clearly the Vivaldi logo. NASA has good taste obviously. Vivaldi will be the first browser on the Moon
