What about the trash can? as @Pesala asked ?https://forum.vivaldi.net/post/581285
Remeber, if that empty than the only (but uncertain) chance you have is that suggested by @dude99 https://forum.vivaldi.net/post/581287
P.S. it would be helpful if you gave more information/details in your replies (even screenshots where possible) as no-one seems to know what you mean by "lost my account"?
The more you tell us/show us - the better chance that "terminology" errors will be avoided.
They are not really an error as not everyone uses the same words for parts of the UI or configuration or whatever. -

the trash can is empty. i don't understand what dude99 is talking about. i need simple step by step instructions so the layman like myself can understand. i don't know what it is. it could be called an account,browser,etc. i believe it is a browser. i will stop here for now. to be continued when i'm ready

Starting at the beginning, you have some form of computing device which contains an 'operating system' (eg: Windows 10) that essentially runs all things on the computer. It also contains various software programs to do various useful things via that operating system, one program of which is a web 'browser' used to view websites on the Internet. Sometimes you may have to use certain credentials to access specific things... that is an 'account'. Depending on where and how an account has been defined, its credentials may be required to access various kinds of things from certain software on the computer to certain web pages on the Internet.
Your problem description seems to indicate your browser dumped the specific windows you were viewing and their contained tabs when you "clicked on something". Normally, that would not involve an 'account' per se. Depending on what you clicked, what actually happened in the browser, and what (if anything) you may have done afterward, it's possible that the information related to the original viewed windows and their tabs may still be alive in some of the browser's files (unless they have been over-written or corrupted). Accessing/restoring those files (if they still exist and are unaltered) is what @Dude99 is referring to. As he notes, if you have restarted VIvaldi since the crash without first having manually saved the files he notes, the browser restart will have automatically overwritten them with new data and the old data (your original browser windows and tabs) will be gone and irretrievable.

@Blackbird It's being 3 days since Vivaldi have lost his session, so my suggested method probably no longer applicable to him at this point, as he probably have restarted Vivaldi multiple times since then...
@fish1 The last but not so easy method I can think of is scavenging the lost tabs from History panel/manager one by one, albeit they are not "tabs" but rather URL of webpages you have previously visited. This is a very cumbersome process & only worth doing if those tabs are really, really important to you.
Else, accept the lost & learn this lesson well (obviously it's not your fault that Vivaldi lost your session, but we should never trust any software in handling personal data completely at all time). I suggest you to file a bug report to tell v team how Vivaldi lost your session, this is not the first time & it won't be the last, so the sooner they fix this bug the better for everyone.

@dude99 It's not a bug. The lost tabs are videos. I want to try and scavenge the lost tabs from the history panel/manager but i don't know where the history panel/manager is and the steps required to start the process.

@fish1 Menu > Tools > History
or hit F2 for quick command, then search for tab's title you remember.
If u r new to Vivaldi, I recommend you read through the help file to learn as much as you can about Vivaldi features & feature's name.

@dude99 I will forget about trying to recover my tabs because i can't remember every tabs title.
