Can't play videos in Twitter.
Hi, This is a strange thing. I'm using Vivaldi in my house and office, in both places I have the last version of Vivaldi. But here is the thing: In my office I can play Twitter videos and GIFS without problem. In my house I can't play Twitter videos or GIFS. I read about this, but I just can't find an answer in this forum. I even installed the 1.1 version in my house with no fix about this. any idea about what is happening?
I have the same problem. I think it's a HTML5 problem, but I'm not sure. If you found the solution, post him, please.
Maybe is the HTML 5, but, if is this… Why those things works in one computer but are not working in another? Maybe is a codec or plugin. I even installed Flash Player without result. A missing codec or feature? I don't really know.
There is just one difference between both computers:
Office's computer: Windows 7
House's computer: Windows 10
may be a problem with hardware acceleration or graphics card driver.
Anything in red?
Hardware accelaration should bei activated
Besides HTML5 it may be your flash.
Have you checked that you have PPAPI flash on BOTH computers?
It could be you are trying to NPAPI on your home computer, which will not work.
Open Tools/Plugins then (if needed) click on Details link in upper right
Then you will be able to see which Flash you have.
Well, this browser is using as flash player: Type: PPAPI (out-of-process)
Also, from the GPU check I got not only hardware acceleration activated, but also this:

The section "Graphics Feature Status" is all green?
Do you have a cpecial Codecs package installed on you PCs?
Did you disable/delete codecs from Windows Mediaplayer?
