delta updates not working when manually updating.

is that intended? if yes, why?

@pafflick @DoctorG I remember V downloading whole 77 Mb on previous snapshots too some time ago but can't say for sure now.

I will report if it happens on upcoming updates.

                        Why Open the Web?

Despite the connecting purpose of the Web, it is not entirely open to all of its users.
When used correctly, HTML documents can be displayed across platforms and devices.
However, many devices are excluded access to Web content.

                                    Scrollable permissions dialog, oh joy! 🎆 😃 👍 🎆

It was introcuced in the previous snapshot if I'm not mistaken (at least, it was already in it).

@hlehyaric It's certainly a big improvement to how it worked previously.

BUT in my opinion, a better way to handle it would be to simply not show any settings that are set as "Default". It should only show permissions that are overridden for the site. I set all permissions to Block (except Sound) and I really don't need to see that "Serial Port" or "Augmented Reality" is set to Blocked...

EDIT: Just figured out, this is a new thing in Chromium 97, so it might not be something we can credit the V team with after all 😂

There's an issue with extensions not working in private window that was present in the last snapshot and is still broken.

Extensions don't work in private windows when they did work before I updated to the previous snapshot and have allow in incognito selected. Seems like if the extension works by opening a new menu when you click on the toolbar button now doesn't work in incognito but works fine in normal mode.

I'm on 5.1.2553.3 (Official Build) (32-bit), have already disabled and reenabled both allow in incognito and disabled and re-enabled the extensions themselves.

A couple of example extensions that do not work in private window and doesn't open the menu:

                                            Privacy Badger
                                            Pushbullet
                                            Camelizer
