Support Search Link/page URL with %l or %L & %u or %U syntax

I know it seems weird to search for URL instead of text, but this is a very useful function when doing research, or checking for cross references. I used to use this function a lot in Presto Opera, but now it's really annoying to keep repeating 3 steps to search for URL, this function can reduced it to just 1 step.

EDIT: Plus, in command chain we should be able to do Open Link in... + %l or %u or %t
