Bad experiencing signing up
so my password manager generates secure passwords which I've biased more towards non alphanumeric characters. when I've done this during sign up, the password is accepted but then after I activate my account I'm told the password is wrong. I then get the system to sent me a password reset key and change it to something else - again biasing towards the symbols rather than letters. I then get the logon screen, at which point the new password is also not accepted. i then try another reset and after another verification email I choose a password using only alphabet letters. this works immediately and lets me in. what kind of weird password system does not let me use the secure highly randomised passwords I have everywhere else?
