• I know there's been a settings window in Opera 12, but I prefer the way Chrome handles it - settings are in a tab just like everything else. I think it's much more consistent that way. Anyway, if you decided to keep the settings window separate - please fix it's position. I had Vivaldi on a secondary monitor but the window with settings opened on the primary monitor. It also doesn't save it's last position, so even if I moved it to a more desirable position it was back in the upper-left corner of my primary monitor after reopening.
