More web panels – Vivaldi Browser snapshot 2406.23

@pesala looks like another bad way to fix bug.
Remember extensions popup fix : opening new extension popup needs two clicks, first click only closes previous ext. popup.
-
After high contrast mode bugfix, sidebar completely disappears when floating panel autoclose setting enabled.
If you are looking something more widely used fix "zero entries in history search.
-
Here's hoping this means we're a step closer to a scrollable tab bar!
-
@pesala yep, this is the old behaviour if i remember correctly, maybe a conscious design change, horizontal tab bar -> horizontal thumbs, vertical tab bar -> vertical thumbs.
-
@pesala: Thanks, so its basically identical to the extension already created. It should have top and lower buttons for being able to use without scroll-wheel button.

<ot, but maybe not too much as is still v-history>
Is an inside joke. One day, someone wrote first to establish it was the first to have replied to the thread and it was a brave thing then, as you risked to be quite downvoted for that.
Since that day, is pretty much a routine between users, mods and even devs on every snapshot/stable thread, sometimes with variants like frost, last, 2nd and 3rd too.
Oh, and you could get a digital medal too for that
The actual first post is always excluded because come by someone of the team, aka as the cheater - thing which is still part of such inside joke.</ot>

@wildente: I can't see to reproduce this.
Something odd going on in your db?
What does the status bar say when you add a space there? -
@gmg see the attached gif where I add and remove the space sign. I notice that there is a colon added or removed in the status message depending on whether the space is added or not. Messages are found when I don't use the space in the search field and the status bar says
Search field: from:[email protected] -->"Search for fromAddress:"[email protected]" returned 156 results in x ms"
Search field: from: [email protected] --> "Search for fromAddress "[email protected]" returned 156 results in x ms"
(and in received it only shows 94 of those, which seems to be correct. Not sure why or where those other results are)
I also created a fresh profile to test there, same thing.
