Problem with ReCaptcha

Hello all.
I recently (last 1-2 months) encountered error message every time I need to pass a ReCaptcha challenge with following error message:
Simple translation: Unable to connect to reCAPTCHA. Check your internet connection and try again.
It happens in many websites with recaptcha.
I currently using Indonesian user interface. I've tried switch back to English but still the same.
It works flawlessly when I'm using another browser in my macbook.
Here's my system information:
Vivaldi 4.1.2369.11 (Stable channel) (x86_64) Revision 6fb215ec054613570bf29abaca6fc17ec3270425 OS macOS Version 10.14.6 (Build 18G9323) JavaScript V8 9.2.230.21 User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/92.0.4515.126 Safari/537.36
Is there anything I can do/check to solve the problem?

@sandalian Most likely an extension is causing this, possibly blocking connections to the Recaptcha servers.
Please try the troubleshooting steps first:

@pathduck why didn't I think about those extension(s)?
Thanks for your suggestion, it's solved now.The culprit was Urban Free VPN extension. Contrary to its caption, it block the recaptcha instead
