Problems with version 4.1.2369.11 (Stable channel, 64-bit)

I love Vivaldi but wish I'd waited to upgrade. The current version (see subject-line) has too many bugs for my liking.
I use Alt+Shift+C for "capture screen." It doesn't work when I switch the browser to full-screen or hide-user-interface view (F11 and Control+F11). Disabling full-screen mode and redisplaying the UI restore usability of the keyboard shortcut most of the time. But sometimes I have to close the current tab and re-open it to get screen-capture functionality via keystroke to work again.
Another, just encountered: I went to this forum's portal page and found some of the links underneath "Support & Troubleshooting" weren't "hot". Three on the last line were "hot" (Vivaldi Feed Reader, Vivaldi Services, and Vivaldia); the rest appeared as plain text with no sign of their being active links. I thought I'd have to log in via Firefox (in Firefox, this problem doesn't occur—not that I care for Firefox).
I normally keep my default Vivaldi page magnification at 135% for better readability. On reducing magnification to 125% or below, I found that the "cold" links all became "hot" again.
Neither of the above was a problem in earlier Vivaldi versions. I'd try to install an earlier version, but I have the feeling that isn't a good idea.

@romidar To work around the screen capture shortcuts issue (a known bug), show the status bar.
If you wish to hide the status bar, first hold down shift to drag the camera icon to the Address Bar. Then the shortcuts will work as usual, whether in fullscreen or not.

@romidar I cannot reproduce the Portal links issue. They work for me at 135% or at other zoom levels.

Perhaps this will be fixed in the future. For now, I'll just capture the whole screen with the old standby method (PrtSc), then crop the image in Irfanview or some other editor like it, and use the intermittently failing keyboard shortcut when it does work.

Well... just one of those things that affects some systems and not others, I guess. I should (and haven't yet) first disable all extensions, then re-enable them one at a time—then see if one of them is somehow causing this problem.

A quick way to check is Guest View that runs without extensions.

A quick way to check is Guest View that runs without extensions. Thanks for that. In guest view the links were all "hot." Then I went out of guest view and manually typed in, first, 134% for the magnification. The links were all "hot." Then I tried 136%. Again, all "hot." Then I returned to 135%. The "cold" link problem returned. Odd. Well, at least I have a workaround. Thanks again.
