Non-functioning blank tabs



  • I have found, on several instances when multiple tabs are opened, that a new blank tab does not work. When I type a URL into the address bar and press ENTER, nothing happens. I must close the browser and restart it to regain functionality. Mike



  • This sounds like a problem of resources. On Windows 10 with Vivaldi 1.0.403.20 (Developer Build) (64-bit) I just opened 20 bookmarks simultaneously and then opened an additional tab with a manually typed in address without any delay while all the other tabs were still loading. But possibly this number of tabs is not very 'multiple' ;) .



  • I have the same issue: non-functioning blank tabs when many other tabs are open. I also see some blank areas in the tab bar; image is attached. My system information is below.
