Can't click on some pop-up menus

Hello! Sometimes I can't click on links that appear after I hover some buttons or menus. It sends my click to items that are behind the menu block. An only restart helps in this situation. It's not about one particular website, all websites have the same behavior.

@lamarca It happens from time to time. It will be hard to reproduce, I think.
Every website with pop-up menus
After click - the menu just disappears. Tried to reinstall Vivaldi and removing the working directory - but with no success.
Are there any logs I can provide? -
