Privacy policy regarding Vivaldi Servers in Iceland

Browsing history is not confined to the sites where you need translation services.
To do its job, the Lingvanex extension needs to know the URL of the webpage you want translated. How can the extension do that in Chrome, short of having permission to view your browsing history? Does Chrome offer a more restrictive permission, which will still allow the extension to see the URL of the page you want translated?
In short: Don't blame Lingvanex if the problem is Chrome.
This is a point in favor of Vivaldi. Vivaldi can give the translator only the permissions it needs to do its job. Plus the Vivaldi team can inspect any code from the translator, before it makes its way to your browser.

Manifest v3 will have changes to confine extensions to the sites where they are needed.

Yes, it's creepy. Please read more at the link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meltdown_(security_vulnerability)
Knowning someone's CPU architecture gives you leverage to devise your attack. Ever heard of reconnaissance phase in hacking?Any website you visit or software you install can see your CPU architecture. The Wikipedia page says this has never been exploited in the wild, to our knowledge. If Vivaldi wanted to do something bad to your computer, they already can, if Vivaldi is installed.

@ahsan I can understand concerns about privacy, some Vivaldi users live in countries with less human rights and oppressive govts.
But i see no problem if Vivaldi counts only country of users. And storing IPs for statistical reasons as local IPs or with missing last or two octets makes them 100% private.
Or do you think you can get my real location and home if IP is 91.15.3*.* and location Germany.
