Beta 2 repeatable crash
-
I'm using beta 2, Win32, which is reporting that it's current. See the "About" info at the bottom of this post. I've found I can crash Vivaldi with this short sequence: 1) Start to log into my employer's Outlook Web App (2010 version) email site. 2) Give an incorrect password. 3) When VIvaldi offers to save the password I've entered, click Never. 4) Crash. Here's is some crash info from Windows: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: vivaldi.exe Application Version: 1.0.344.37 Application Timestamp: 56716a23 Fault Module Name: vivaldi.dll Fault Module Version: 1.0.344.37 Fault Module Timestamp: 56716528 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 00b86a77 OS Version: 6.3.9600.2.0.0.256.48 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: 5861 Additional Information 2: 5861822e1919d7c014bbb064c64908b2 Additional Information 3: 1318 Additional Information 4: 13181ae637ac2592fac0ca2dd662cdcc FWIW, here's my plug-in configuration: "About" info: Vivaldi 1.0.344.37 (Beta 2) (32-bit) Revision 9ae925ff17ca36e328d999851001d0b9dae32e33 OS Windows Blink 537.36 (@0) JavaScript V8 4.7.80.25 Flash (Disabled) User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/47.0.2526.80 Safari/537.36 Vivaldi/1.0.344.37 Command Line "C:\Program Files (x86)\Vivaldi\Application\vivaldi.exe" --always-authorize-plugins --disable-translate --flag-switches-begin --flag-switches-end --enable-smooth-scrolling --enable-tab-audio-muting Executable Path C:\Program Files (x86)\Vivaldi\Application\vivaldi.exe Profile Path C:\Users\Daniel\AppData\Local\Vivaldi\User Data\Default Variations 74785582-3f4a17df f1eb96ab-3f4a17df 775ebbd7-3d47f4f4 76b48ab8-a2567007 195ce1b5-d93a0620 9d315c2-ca7d8d80 fb124cc-3f4a17df 93731dca-3f4a17df 1d3ad72e-3f4a17df f79cb77b-3d47f4f4 97dfc274-3f4a17df 4ea303a6-3f4a17df 5c3cc7b1-3f4a17df b2612322-8a9180b Attachments:

Thanks for the suggestion, Gwen-Dragon.
Good news: The current snapshot (v1.0.403.17) of Vivaldi does not offer to remember an incorrect password.
I've seen the snapshot version present the offer once with a correct password, so I think things are OK.
