I wondered if this happened to others.
When I notice it I start a terminal, go to 'su' , run 'top'. Then kill -9 xxxx.
problem gone. (the -9 says really do it)
'top' will tell you all sorts on interesting things. -

I think best is to press
Shift+Esc
and then sort by CPU Usage within Vivaldi to see what is actually causing this. For me, it was typically Mail / Calendar. -
