It would be nice to have on status bar the current internet speed
-
Show Internet Speed on Status Bar.
Somethig like this build in Vivaldi:And, context menu or click on item something like:
The speed is general, agruping all tabs.
*Also maybe could represent the consumption of a period of time. Just for checking current speed and nothing more.

@josefermin Yes please! this would be amazing, however i think it isnt that much needed, just use
Speedtest: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/speedtest-by-ookla/pgjjikdiikihdfpoppgaidccahalehjh -

Doesn't your OS already provide such a counter by default?
Oh right, I forgot, not everyone uses Linux... -
@npro without being sarcastic about an OS you don't know (but probably it's too hard for you linsuxers), in Win10 there is already one in the task manager monitoring the ethernet speed, but it's not as handy as having it in the taskbar. Now go back to your basement.

@ian-coog Oh I know it very well my friend it's what we unfortunately use at work, and I don't mean that, I mean showing it in the taskbar. Now go back to church for your confession.

I know this isn't the most important feature to have (Considering that already exist when you download a file and load a website). But I consider install and change to another app to see my current internet speed just browsing is a little irritating.
@iAN-CooG @hololoyoj I've know either that there is already apps to check this info. I personally use a couple of it. AppNetworkCounter Just for check & NetLimiter For send and receive rules.
@npro, Isn't about a OS, is about maybe include a possible proper to Vivaldi App.
